Design an ergonomic 4-storey healthcare building with medical elevator access, lead-lined X-ray rooms, and sterile lab spaces.
Design Challenge
Complex MEP medical gas piping and radiation shielding requirements within a tight urban plot.

We created dedicated vertical utility shafts and zoned floor plans for clean and soiled circulation routes.
